With GoeSIM’s eSIMs, after you completed your order with us and successfully transfer your payment, we will send the eSIM to your registered email within a maximum of 15 minutes.

In case of delays in delivery or service supply, GoeSIM will promptly inform you and provide an opportunity to cancel the contract if you wish to do so.

Since the eSIM is sent via email, please provide the correct email address to ensure you get it timely.
